Feeding Tips from Other Moms Feeding Tips from Other Moms
Age - 1/22/2009
Try mixing rice cereal into baby food to change the texture - this helped me when my baby no longer wanted thin/runny food but hadnt yet mastered chewing.

Anonmymous - 2/10/2009
if you want to know if food is soft enough for your baby to chew (before they have molars) - try mashing a piece of food using your lips. if it mashes then its soft enough.
