Dr Edward Kulich's practice is the only housecall pediatric medicine practice in New York City. He sees newborns through age 21 years for emergency care 24 hours a day as well as routine checkups. There is a flat fee structure which is very well explained on their website.
I've emailed with Dr Kulich several times and he seems deeply interested in providing quality pediatric care with emphasis on extended visits so he can get to know his patients and the family.
I love the concept of housecalls and would love to hear from one of his patients about their experience with this practice.
