Your postpartum doula will help ease the transition into parenthood by giving emotional support along with teaching practical newborn care.

All of Doula Care's doulas are DONA trained and certified, experienced mothers teaching and supporting new parents with breastfeeding and maternal postnatal care, newborn care including bathing, diapering, umbilical cord care, soothing techniques and learning to read the baby’s feeding and sleeping cues, learning to pump if needed, etc. They can also help with older siblings if needed.

They are also helpful around the house taking care of any necessary tasks for the family such as laundry, errands, tidying up and we are very good healthy cooks!
